Weather Widget Improvements

Just a quick update: Weather just got a whole lot more awesome!
Now condition intervals are by default shown every 3 hours, and you can choose to choose granularity options including: 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 hours.
More improvements to the weather widget, including the restoration of the ability to choose a custom city, are coming soon.
